How to Log Exercises
Logging exercise gives Levels helpful context, since activity can affect your glucose patterns.
Log exercise manually
- Open the Levels app.
- In your Timeline, tap +.
- Select Exercise.
- Enter the exercise type.
- Add the duration and any notes.
- Tap Save.
If your workout temporarily raises your glucose, you can mark it as Strenuous so it won’t affect your metabolic score. Learn how in How to Log Strenuous Exercise.
Sync exercise automatically
If your workouts are saved in Apple Health or Health Connect, connect that source so exercise can appear automatically in Levels.
Tips
- Log your workout as close to when it happened as you can.
- Add a note if the session was unusually long or intense.
