[LabCorp Orders]: How do I get a copy of my lab results outside the Levels app?

You can download a PDF copy of your lab results through the LabCorp Patient Portal.

Get a PDF copy of your results

1. Go to the LabCorp Patient Portal.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Find your lab visit on your dashboard.
4. Select View, then Download Results PDF.

If you do not have a LabCorp account yet

1. Go to the LabCorp Patient Portal.
2. Select Create an Account.
3. Fill out your details.
4. Set up your User ID and password.
5. Select Create an Account.

After creating an account, you can log in and download your results PDF from your dashboard.

If you cannot find your lab results in the LabCorp Patient Portal, email support at support@levels.com.
