Insurance Coverage

Levels memberships are not covered by health insurance.

Why isn't Levels covered by insurance?

Levels is a wellness program focused on proactive metabolic health improvement. Most insurance plans only cover continuous glucose monitors for people with diabetes who meet specific medical criteria.

Because Levels is designed for proactive health improvement rather than disease management, it falls outside of traditional insurance coverage.

Can I submit a claim to my insurance?

You can try submitting a claim to your insurance for reimbursement consideration, but we cannot guarantee approval or reimbursement, and we cannot offer a refund on the program. Contact support if you need an itemized receipt.

Can insurance cover my CGM sensors?

If you already have a CGM prescription from your doctor, your insurance plan may cover the cost at your pharmacy. Check with your insurance provider about coverage requirements.

Levels also offers a prescription facilitation pathway for the Dexcom G7, designed for cash-pay purchasing through Amazon Pharmacy (HSA/FSA eligible). Learn how to get a Dexcom G7 through Levels →

Pay with HSA or FSA funds through TrueMed

While insurance doesn't cover Levels, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay — potentially saving around 30% by using pre-tax dollars.

We partner with TrueMed to make this easy. At checkout, select TrueMed as your payment option and complete a quick eligibility survey. If approved, you can pay directly with your HSA/FSA card.

You can also purchase with a regular card and submit your receipt along with your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
