Levels memberships are not covered by health insurance.

Why isn't Levels covered by insurance?

Levels is a wellness program focused on proactive metabolic health improvement. Most insurance plans only cover continuous glucose monitors for people with diabetes who meet specific medical criteria.

Because Levels is designed for proactive health improvement rather than disease management, it falls outside of traditional insurance coverage.

Can I submit a claim to my insurance?

You can try submitting a claim to your insurance for reimbursement consideration, but we cannot guarantee approval or reimbursement and will not be able to offer a refund on the program. Contact our support team if you need an itemized receipt.

Pay with HSA or FSA funds through TrueMed

While insurance doesn't cover Levels, many members use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for their membership.
