Where to Get Your Blood Drawn

Your lab draw must be completed at the lab partner assigned to your specific order. Levels Labs works with three lab partners, and each order is tied to one of them:

  • Quest Diagnostics — Used for most orders nationwide. Lab visits take place at one of 2,000+ Quest locations across the U.S.
  • BioReference Laboratories — Used for orders in New York and New Jersey. These locations are walk-in only (no scheduled appointment time).
  • LabCorp — Used for certain historical orders only. If your order is through LabCorp, it will be indicated on your order details/SKU.

Your order cannot be processed at a different lab partner than the one assigned. For example, a Quest order cannot be completed at a LabCorp or BioReference location, and vice versa.

Where you'll go

The specific location depends on what you select during scheduling. You'll receive a confirmation email with the address.

Schedule through the Levels Member Portal

Your appointment must be scheduled through the member portal. Our scheduling flow shows the locations that are available to process your specific Levels Labs order.

  • If a location is not shown in our scheduling flow, but is shown elsewhere online, that location is not compatible with your Levels Labs order.
  • The scheduling tool is ZIP code dependent, which means it will only show locations within the exact ZIP code you enter. It won't automatically display nearby cities, so you may need to try a few nearby ZIP codes to see all available options.

Important notes

  • If you live in HI, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY, AS, GU, PR, or VI, you may need to travel to another state due to limited facilities.
  • Lab orders are valid for one year from purchase.
