How to Use Check-ins
Check-ins help you track how you feel and connect it to what your glucose is doing. They add context to your timeline so you can better understand patterns over time.
Add a Check-in
- Open the Levels app
- Tap + on your timeline
- Select Check-in
- Answer the prompts about how you’re feeling
- (Optional) Add a short note for extra context
- Tap Save
When Check-ins are useful
- You notice a mood shift (for example, feeling energized, tired, or irritable)
- You feel physically different (for example, jittery, foggy, or extra hungry)
- You’re trying something new (like a different sleep schedule, workout, or routine)
- You want to remember how a specific day felt when you review your data later
Tips
- Use Check-ins anytime you notice something you want to remember later
- Add a short note if there is extra context (for example, “poor sleep last night” or “stressful meeting”)
