How to Log a Lifestyle Event

Lifestyle events can help explain changes in your glucose trends, even when your food stays the same.

Log a lifestyle event

  1. Open the Levels app.
  2. On your Timeline, tap +.
  3. Select Lifestyle.
  4. Choose the event type.
  5. Add notes if helpful.
  6. Tap Save.

Example: cold plunge or sauna

If a lifestyle event causes a glucose spike, you can tick the Ignore glucose? box so it doesn’t impact your glucose score.

Tips

  • Keep notes short and specific.
  • Log events close to when they happen.
