Your Levels kit includes everything you need to start tracking your glucose levels.
What's included
Stelo biosensors
Your kit includes Stelo biosensors for your membership level:
- Classic and Core members receive one (1) month of biosensors (two biosensors, each lasts 15 days)
- Complete members receive two (2) months of biosensors (four biosensors, each lasts 15 days)
Each Stelo biosensor is a small, disposable device that adheres to the back of your upper arm and continuously measures your glucose levels for up to 15 days.
Alcohol wipes
Your kit includes alcohol wipes to clean your skin before applying each biosensor. This helps ensure proper adhesion and accurate readings.
Levels Performance Covers
Your kit includes Levels Performance Covers, which help hold your glucose biosensor in place for the full wear time—especially during physical activity. They protect against snagging and peeling and help prevent water intrusion.
Our performance covers are designed to minimize irritation with latex-free, oxide-free, hypoallergenic adhesive and breathable cotton blend material. Learn more about Performance Covers
Instructions
You'll find quick start instructions in your kit, but the Levels app provides the most detailed, step-by-step guidance for applying your biosensor and getting started.
What's not included
Smartphone
You'll need a compatible smartphone to use Levels. The Stelo biosensor communicates with the Levels app on your phone via Bluetooth. See compatible devices
When will I receive my kit?
Your kit typically ships within 1-2 business days of signing up and arrives within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email.
Storing your sensors
Store your biosensors at room temperature in a dry place. Don't refrigerate or freeze them. Each biosensor package shows an expiration date—make sure to use them before that date for best results.
