Tips for your first week
- (For glucose) Apply your sensor first thing in the morning — This gives your sensor time to calibrate and helps you establish a baseline
- Log everything — The more data you track, the more insights you'll get about how to improve
- Experiment — Try different foods, meal timing, and activities to see what works best for your body
- Be patient — It may take a few days to get into a logging routine. We promise it becomes second nature after you get the hang of it!
