Levels Membership
Your Levels membership gives you full access to the Levels app and all its features. Continuous glucose monitoring (sensors) and lab panels are optional add-ons you can purchase based on your goals.

Purchase any of these add-ons from the Shop tab in your member portal based on your goals. Sensors and labs are not required to use the Levels app.

You can also purchase Stelo sensors from stelo.com or Amazon and still use them with the Levels app.
Prefer the Dexcom G7? Levels facilitates G7 prescriptions through our physician partners — your sensors can be purchased through Amazon Pharmacy using insurance or paying out of pocket. Learn more about getting a Dexcom G7 through Levels.

Pay in full
All memberships can be paid upfront.
Pay over time with Affirm
You can use Affirm to split your cost into monthly payments. Affirm is available at checkout and lets you spread the cost over several months.

Pay with HSA/FSA through TrueMed
Levels is HSA/FSA eligible through our partnership with TrueMed. At checkout, select TrueMed as your payment option and complete a quick eligibility survey. If approved, you can pay directly with your HSA/FSA card — potentially saving around 30% by using pre-tax dollars.
You can also purchase with a regular card and submit your receipt along with your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
