Where Levels is Available
Levels is currently available in the United States only. The Stelo continuous glucose monitor, the Levels app, and Levels Labs are all subject to US regulations and geographic restrictions.
Where Levels is available in the United States
Levels is currently available in all 50 US states and the following US territories:
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- US Virgin Islands
Levels Labs availability
Levels Labs biomarker testing is available in all 50 states. If you live in a US territory, you can travel to one of the 50 states to have your labs drawn.
Requirements to use Levels
To use Levels, you need:
- A US shipping address
- Access to the US App Store (iOS) or US Google Play Store (Android)
- A US phone number
- Physical presence in the United States to use the Stelo sensor
International availability
Levels is not currently available outside of the United States. We use biosensors that are only approved for use inside the United States, and we cannot export them to other countries due to device regulations and geolocation restrictions.
Can I use a VPN or workaround?
We do not have an app-only offering that can be used on an international phone at this time. Both a US phone number and US App Store access are required to use Levels.
We have not found VPNs to be a workaround for this requirement, and we do not recommend purchasing if you live outside of the United States or will be using Levels primarily outside the United States.
