Compatible Devices with Levels

Overview: 

Here's overview of the devices that are compatible with Levels. 

Compatibility requirements vary depending on what type of Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) you are using.

Realtime Streaming CGM (Dexcom G7) Compatibility:

Realtime Streaming CGM (Libre 3) Compatibility:

Manual-Scan CGM (Freestyle Libre) Compatibility:

    • iPhone: 
      • All models released since the iPhone 7 or later are compatible with the manual-scan CGM.
    • Android: 
      • All Android models that support NFC and Android 9 or later are compatible with the Freestyle Libre (manual scan) CGM.

Software-Only Compatibility:

If you have a Levels membership, you are welcome to take advantage of the software-only option. If you are bringing your own CGM,  please review the compatibility information below based on your mobile device and CGM:

  • iOS: in-app connection available FreeStyle Libre, Libre 2, and Libre 3; Apple Health connection with 3-hour delay for Dexcom G6, G7, and Stelo.
  • Android: in-app connection available FreeStyle Libre, Libre 2, and Libre 3; Google Fit connection with 3-hour delay for Dexcom G6. We cannot accommodate Android data connections for the G7 or Stelo at this time.
