A smartphone is required to use Levels. The continuous glucose monitor communicates with your phone via Bluetooth, and the app is where you log meals, track activity, and view your health data and insights.
Checking your device compatibility
If you’re not sure whether your device is compatible:
- Check your phone’s operating system version in settings.
- Verify your phone has Bluetooth capability.
- Make sure you can download apps from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- For Stelo users, check the Stelo compatibility page for your specific device.
