Levels Pricing and Plans

Levels offers three membership options to help you improve your metabolic health. All memberships include continuous glucose monitoring, the Levels app, and the ability to upload past bloodwork and health documents.

Classic — $288/year

Glucose only, self-guided journey
Classic is our foundational membership for anyone who wants to track their blood sugar and learn how food and activity affect their glucose levels.

What's included:

• 1 month of continuous glucose monitoring
• Levels app and dashboard
• Self-guided insights
• Unlimited uploading of past bloodwork and health documents

Best for: People who want to understand their glucose patterns and prefer a self-guided approach.

Core — $499/year (most popular)

Glucose + essential labs, clinician review
Core adds lab testing and clinician review to help you understand your broader metabolic health beyond just glucose.

What's included:

Everything in Classic, plus:

• 2 essential lab panels per year (28+ markers)
• Clinician review of your health data twice per year (written note)
• AI health insights from your glucose and labs data
• AI adaptive programs

Best for: People who want a comprehensive view of their metabolic health with professional guidance on what their data means and what to focus on.

Complete — $1,999/year

Glucose + comprehensive labs, clinician review & concierge support
Complete is our most comprehensive offering with extensive lab testing, more glucose monitoring, functional nutritionist session, and concierge email + SMS support from the Levels team.

What's included:

• 2 comprehensive lab panels per year (100+ markers)
• 2 months of continuous glucose monitoring (instead of 1)
• 50-minute functional nutritionist session. Learn more about our Functional Nutritionist feature
• Clinician review of your health data twice per year (written note)
• One-on-one onboarding call with the Levels team
• Concierge Email + SMS Support from the Levels team
• AI health insights from your glucose and labs data
• AI adaptive programs

Best for: People who want the most complete health assessment and high-touch support to help them reach their health goals.

How billing works

All Levels memberships are billed annually. When you sign up, you pay for the full year upfront and receive your membership benefits throughout the year.

Lab panels are available to schedule at purchase, but we recommend spacing visits ~6 months apart. You'll also receive new continuous glucose monitors as part of your membership allocation at the time of purchase (1 month for Classic and Core, 2 months for Complete).

Payment options

Pay in full
All memberships are billed annually with payment due upfront.

Pay over time with Affirm
You can use Affirm to split your membership cost into monthly payments. Affirm is available at checkout and lets you spread the cost over several months.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can change your membership level directly from your member portal (find out how to do this here). You can also contact our support team and we'll guide you through how to switch to a different plan.
