How can I add mindful time to the Levels app?


Answer:

Currently, there is no way for you to log mindful time directly into the Levels app. If you are using another app that tracks mindful time or time spent meditating, we can pull that data directly into the Levels app as long as the original app writes this data to Apple Health. You can also manually log it by following the steps below:

iPhone users: 

  1. Open the Apple Health app
  2. Tap Browse at the bottom right
  3. Search and Tap Mindful Minutes
  4. Tap Add Data at the top right
  5. Input the start and end time
  6. Tap Add

💭 Please note: This feature is currently only available for Apple Health and not Google Fit.
