Stelo Biosensor Pricing
Stelo biosensors give you an affordable way to access continuous glucose monitoring, with options for subscription deliveries or one-time purchases.
How much do Stelo biosensors cost?
Stelo biosensors are available in two ways:
- Subscribe for regular deliveries at $89 per shipment
- Buy a one-time two-pack for $99 (before tax and shipping)
Each biosensor lasts up to ~15 days, and each shipment includes two sensors (about one month of continuous wear).
Choosing your delivery frequency
With a Stelo subscription, you choose how often your shipments arrive. The current options are:
- Monthly
- Every other month (bi-monthly)
- Quarterly (every 3 months)
The price stays $89 per shipment no matter which frequency you choose. You can change your delivery frequency or cancel anytime before your next shipment.
If you only want sensors occasionally, you can space your shipments out (for example, quarterly) or skip the subscription and order the one-time two-pack ($99) whenever you need it.

Why this matters
Starting at $89 per shipment, Stelo is an affordable option for continuous glucose monitoring without needing a prescription. If you have health insurance, the Dexcom G7 may be available at a lower cost, or even $0, through Levels' prescription facilitation pathway. Learn more about getting a Dexcom G7 through Levels.
Sensor life note
A study was conducted to assess sensor life:
- 77.9% of sensors lasted the full 15 days.
- When using the product per the package labeling, approximately 20% of sensors may not last for the full 15 days.
- 10% of these sensors may last less than 12 days.
