When will I receive my order?

Your Levels Membership and app access are available to use as soon as your purchase is complete!

If you purchased a set of glucose biosensors to use with your Levels membership, or if you purchased a Core or Complete membership, you can expect to receive your biosensor order within 4 to 7 business days* for those living in the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to HI, AK, or PR are expected to arrive in 7-10 business days*. 

*HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES: Orders placed between Nov 27 - Jan 31 may be delayed due to increase carrier volume. Please allow 5 to 9 business days for your package to arrive for those who live in the contiguous United States. Please allow 8-12 business days for orders shipping to HI, AK, or PR to arrive.

We will send tracking details as soon as your order is en route to you. You can also view your order status and tracking information via your in-app member portal. 

To view: 

  1. Open and log in to your Levels App on your mobile phone
  2. Select More from the bottom right corner
  3. Select Devices
  4. This will display your current order and active subscriptions

Please note that expedited shipping is not available for purchase. If you expect to need a new order by a particular date, please be sure to place your order or update your subscription to process more than 10 business days ahead of the desired date.
