Where Levels is Available
Levels is currently available in the United States only. The Stelo continuous glucose monitor, the Levels app, and Levels Labs are all subject to United States regulations and geographic restrictions.
Where Levels is available in the United States
Levels is currently available in all 50 US states and the following US territories:
- Puerto Rico
- Guam*
- US Virgin Islands*
*Not available for purchasing a Stelo Biosensor
Levels Labs availability
Levels Labs biomarker testing is available in all 50 states. If you live in a US territory, you can travel to one of the 50 states to have your labs drawn.
Requirements to use Levels
To use Levels, you need:
- A US shipping address
- Access to the US App Store (iOS) or US Google Play Store (Android)
- A US phone number
- Physical presence in the United States to use the Stelo sensor
International availability
Levels is not currently available outside of the United States. The Levels app is only published on the US App Store and US Google Play Store, so it cannot be downloaded or used from an international app store account. On top of that, we use biosensors that are only approved for use inside the United States, and we cannot export them to other countries due to device regulations and geolocation restrictions.
Because of this, we do not recommend purchasing Levels if you live outside of the United States or will be using Levels primarily outside the United States.
Is there a workaround for international use?
No. There is no workaround we are able to recommend for using Levels internationally at this time.
The app requires both a US phone number and access to the US App Store or US Google Play Store, and we do not have an app-only offering that works on an international phone. We have not found VPNs or changing your app store region to be a reliable workaround, and using one will not give you full access to the Levels experience.
If you are a current US-based member traveling internationally, the app may place you on the waitlist based on your location. The best option is to try again once you are physically back in the United States.
